![]() ![]() She waited until she was 20 years old before she made her first appearance on screen. She moved to Los Angeles when she was in her late teens and immediately started trying out for roles in films and television shows. ![]() She spent one year there concentrating on her theatre studies. She continued her education at “Whitman College” in Walla Walla, Washington, after she received her diploma from high school. Acting went from being a simple pastime for her to become her one and only passion very quickly. Her self-assurance was boosted as a result of her upbringing in a family that was so accepting and nurturing. She was also influenced by her grandmother, who provided transportation for Keiko to her various performances and rehearsals. When she was only 10 years old, she started performing in plays put on by the school.Īs soon as she let her parents know how much she enjoyed acting, they started encouraging her in all of her endeavors to pursue a career in the field. Her lifelong appreciation for the visual arts eventually led to the development of enthusiasm for the performing arts. Keiko gained an appreciation for the arts as a result of this. Her father was a self-taught artist and painter in his spare time. ![]() Keiko’s formative years were spent in Honolulu, where she also started her formal education. Her father, Keiko Agena, was a Japanese immigrant who had settled in the United States with his wife. Keiko Agena was born on October 3, 1973, in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States of America. ![]()
